Job summary

HATASU Philippines is seeking a dynamic sales associate to promote our e-bike lineup at our Kawit store. You will demonstrate products, assist customers, and help maintain brand image.

The role requires good English and Tagalog communication, a high school diploma, a cheerful, proactive attitude, and at least one year of sales experience. Training and promotional activities are part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and consultations for customers/users/dealers.

• Assist in resolving after-sales issues and brand concerns.
• Maintain store image and product displays; report stock health and visibility.

Duties

• Equip him/herself with proper knowledge to conduct product demonstration and consultation with customers/users/dealer personnel at any given time and circumstances.
• Actively communicate with interested customers or potential buyers, promoting the HATASU brand and its product offerings to achieve retail sales goals.
• Assist in resolving any issue or concerns relevant to after sales and brand.
• Maintain store image and product display; report Stocks or Inventory Health, In-store Visibility, and any impending issues to the ASC / Sales Manager and/or Marketing Officer.
• Comply with and strictly implement the company's rules and regulations for store management.
• Actively participate in the training/assessment and other training activities organized by the company, familiar with the company's assessment and related sales policies, and continuously improve sales skills.
• Execute other business activities arranged by the Territory Sales Manager (TSM), Sales Team (ASC/RSM) related to promoting sales and maintaining the brand image of HATASU in the market; Accurately understand, actively cooperate, and properly implement the brand’s promotional activities.
