Job summary

HATASU Philippines is seeking a sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Associate. You will demonstrate products and consult with customers at various times and settings, aiming to meet sales targets.

You will actively promote the HATASU brand, maintain in-store displays, and coordinate with dealers to grow retail presence. Strong communication in English and Tagalog is essential, along with a proactive, cheerful attitude.

Qualifications

• High school graduates are eligible to apply.
• Must communicate in English and Tagalog.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; knowledge in e-bike industry is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and cheerful personality.
• Willing to actively promote the HATASU brand and products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and consultations with customers and dealer personnel.
• Promote HATASU products to achieve retail sales goals.
• Assist in resolving after-sales concerns and brand issues.
• Maintain store image and product displays; report stock health and visibility issues.
• Comply with store management rules and training activities.
• Participate in promotions and brand activities arranged by management.

Job description

• Equip him/herself with proper knowledge to conduct product demonstration and consultation with customers/users/dealer personnel at any given time and circumstances.
• Actively communicate with interested customers or potential buyers, promoting the HATASU brand and its product offerings to achieve retail sales goals.
• Assist in resolving any issue or concerns relevant to after sales and brand.
• Maintain store image and product display; report Stocks or Inventory Health, In-store Visibility, and any impending issues to the ASC / Sales Manager and/or Marketing Officer.
• Comply with and strictly implement the company's rules and regulations for store management.
• Actively participate in the training/assessment and other training activities organized by the company, familiar with the company's assessment and related sales policies, and continuously improve sales skills.
• Execute other business activities arranged by the Territory Sales Manager (TSM), Sales Team (ASC/RSM) related to promoting sales and maintaining the brand image of HATASU in the market; Accurately understand, actively cooperate, and properly implement the brand’s promotional activities.
