Job summary

MUJI Philippines Corp. is seeking a store associate to assist customers, promote merchandise, and support daily operations. The role includes inventory reporting, stock monitoring, and maintaining clean, inviting displays.

You will help with new deliveries, restocking, and ensuring items are neatly presented and ready for customers. The position requires flexible hours in a retail environment, with duties including helping store heads and ensuring customer property is safeguarded during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assists and promotes the items to the customers.
• Prepares and submits daily inventory and sales reports.
• Guards the items against loss and damage in the process of selling.
• Monitors daily stocks on shelves, cabinets, and racks.
• Cleans designated selling area / display shelves / racks when there are no customers to attend to.
• Assists on New deliveries, revises stock numbers.
• Replenishes items in the selling area and changes display every week for a fresh look. Ensures that all items are properly folded and hung / displayed / arranged.
• Clears the fitting room before and after use.
• Ensures that all cleaning materials are in good condition and ready for use every day
• Proper endorsement to co-employees before going on day-off or vacation leave. This pertains to reserved items or any customer property in the store.
• Does suggestive selling for better sales.
• Assists store heads in whatever duties are called for, relevant work assigned.
