• Assist customers in identifying and selecting auto parts based on their needs, providing product recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Product Knowledge & Inventory Management: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's auto parts catalog, stay updated on industry trends, and ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock replenishment.
• Sales Reporting & Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-up with leads, and regularly report sales activities, performance, and customer feedback to management.
• Strong understanding of auto parts, vehicle systems, and related products to effectively assist customers and provide accurate recommendations.
• Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing customer relationships.
