Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Analytics.
• Experience in sales analytics, performance reporting, dashboard development, forecasting, budgeting, or business analysis is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, preferably with Power Query/Power Pivot/VBA.

• Prepare regular sales performance reports and analysis for branches, channels, and intermediaries.

Job Summary:

The Sales Performance & Analytics Assistant will work closely with Sales, Finance, Underwriting, IT, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. What You'll Do:

• Assist in monitoring key sales performance indicators, including GPW, Budget, Latest Estimate, Pipeline, Renewals, Profitability, and Productivity.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and analysis for branches, distribution channels, and intermediaries.
• Review and validate sales data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency before reporting.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and potential business opportunities based on available data.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, latest estimates, and business planning reports.
• Support the development and maintenance of management dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly management and executive reports.
• Support performance review activities by providing relevant data, analysis, and presentations.
• Analyze sales campaigns and incentive programs to measure their effectiveness and impact on productivity.
• Monitor commercial and sales KPIs and assist in preparing recommendations based on data analysis.
• Perform data validation, report automation, and data consolidation to improve reporting efficiency.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Underwriting, IT, and other internal stakeholders to gather and validate information.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and timely sales databases, dashboards, and reporting files.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to sales analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Perform other related duties and special projects assigned by management.

What You Need to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or any related field.
• Experience in sales analytics, performance reporting, dashboard development, forecasting, budgeting, or business analysis is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, preferably with experience in Power Query, Power Pivot, or VBA.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and dashboard tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate information into meaningful insights.
• Good understanding of sales performance, productivity, profitability, and business metrics.
• Knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels, and sales processes is an advantage.
• Good understanding of General Insurance operations, underwriting, renewals, and production reporting is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with different internal teams.
