About the role

We are seeking a Sales Clerk to join our team at our Antipolo City Rizal location on a full-time basis. As a Sales Clerk, you will play a vital role in our retail operations, serving as a key point of contact for our customers and contributing directly to our sales performance and customer satisfaction. This position is essential to maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail environment and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience

• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash, card and other payment methods securely

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and provide expert recommendations to customers based on their needs

• Assist customers with product selection, customisation options and special orders

• Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and in accordance with company standards

• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously

• Support promotional activities and implement merchandising displays as directed

• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals

• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is highly desirable
