Job summary

You will handle daily sales reporting, inventory reconciliation, pricing updates, and responsive teamwork while upholding honest, hardworking, people‑oriented service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate; college graduates are an advantage.
• At least 6 months of strong selling performance.
• Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
• Hardworking, honest and people oriented with a pleasing personality.
• Willing to work retail store schedules and be assigned to Robinsons Ermita Department Store.

Responsibilities

• To deliver exceptional customer service to attain monthly targets with market knowledge and merchandising.
• Submit daily sales reports and monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Daily cleaning and arranging merchandise in selling and storage areas.
• Regularly check/update pricing of items and apply markdowns or markups.
• Monitor competitors and report to Sales Coordinator/Immediate Superior.
• Perform other tasks and ad-hoc assignments as needed.

• To do best efforts to attain 100% of set targets every month by delivering exceptional customer service; market & product knowledge; effective visual merchandising, etc.
• To do required submission of daily sales report and monthly detailed inventory reconciliation
• To do daily cleaning and arranging of merchandise in the selling area as well as in the storage area
• To regularly check/update pricing of items – markdown or mark ups
• To do regular checking of competitors activities and report the information to Sales Coordinator/Immediate Superior
• To perform any other task that may be assigned from time to time and/or to attend to other ad-hoc assignments, as needed

Job Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, any field but college graduate of any course is an advantage
• Must have at least 6 months good selling performance
• Has good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
