Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a proactive field sales associate to promote HC products at retail points of sale in El Nido and surrounding areas. You will actively engage customers, guide them through applications for consumer finance, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies.

The role requires fieldwork, strong customer service skills, and the ability to meet individual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Preferably with sales/frontline/field sales experience.
• At least high school graduate or finished Grade 10.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with HC products and continuous learning of new products.
• Assist customers to complete applications for consumer finance.
• Prepare clients’ documentation, collect information and work with the system.
• Take responsibility for risks arising on signed contracts.
• Cooperate with POS staff and comply with POS regulations.
• Fulfill individual sales plans.
• Keep the workplace clean and functional.
• Preserve and protect company equipment.

• Fulfill individual sales plans.
• Keep the workplace clean and fully functional (e.g., table, IT equipment).
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company.
• Maintain a good image of HC at POS.

Qualifications

• Preferably with sales/frontline/field sales experience (e.g., Sales Clerk, Saleslady/Salesman).
• At least high school graduate or finished Grade 10.
