Job description

Sales Associate (Makati Branch) – Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. Join us in this role to support our loan consultants and drive sales engagement in the National Capital Region.

Responsibilities

• Handling, updating, and assisting day‑to‑day loan consultant concerns/queries.
• Assisting branch managers on pre‑screening documents/requirements submitted by loan consultants.
• Boost sales engagement of assigned loan consultants per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new loan consultants.
• Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues to the immediate supervisor for quick resolution and implement approved solutions on a case‑by‑case basis.
• Assist/execute programs implemented by the LC Relations Department.
• Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Key Requirements

• Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig, for two (2) weeks (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company).
• 1‑2 years of experience or a graduate of any 4‑year business‑related course, with relevant experience in banking and finance.
• Process‑oriented and technology‑inclined, organized, and can work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Can communicate confidently both written and verbally and is able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders.
