Job summary

M5 Mart, Inc. in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Associate to work under the Retail Store Supervisor. You will initiate contact with customers in the store, help them feel welcome, assess their needs and provide the appropriate level of service.

You will maintain a polite and helpful manner, demonstrate a confident, assertive approach, keep a smart appearance, and apply negotiation and organizational skills to support sales targets while working well in a team.

Qualifications

• At least College level undergraduate, or has taken any vocational course, or at least High School graduate.
• Experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
• Computer literate.
• Good with numbers.
• Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work.
• Able to work within a team.
• Enjoy working with the public.
• Plenty of stamina.
