Job summary

Westfair Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for its La Sedia location at Landmark Trinoma, Quezon City. This full-time role focuses on exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment.

You will help customers find products, maintain store standards, and participate in campaigns and promotions to boost store performance. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required to support store operations.

Qualifications

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Associate to join the dynamic team at La Sedia in Landmark Trinoma, Quezon City. As a full-time Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance within our retail environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Assisting customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
• Achieving individual and team sales targets through suggestive selling and product recommendations
• Maintaining the visual presentation and cleanliness of the store
• Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Supporting the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation
• Excellent numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately
