Job summary

Orimasu Global Ventures Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Sales Showroom Associate to greet customers, explain bamboo flooring, cladding, and decking options, and drive sales.

You will build relationships, deliver tailored product advice, maintain an organized showroom, manage stock, process orders, and coordinate delivery and installation while staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in flooring/home improvement or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in showroom, provide product information and guidance on bamboo flooring.
• Build and maintain relationships, understand customer needs, tailored solutions.
• Provide expert advice on product features, installation processes, eco-friendly bamboo materials.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and recommending suitable products.
• Maintain a clean showroom, ensuring product displays are up-to-date and visually appealing.
• Manage inventory levels, track stock, and communicate with the team to ensure product availability.
• Process customer orders, handle payments, and coordinate delivery and installation schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to showroom success.
