Job summary

Tesoro's Marketing Corporation is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to promote Filipino heritage handicrafts at Robinson's Place Manila. You will greet customers, explain product features, and ensure a satisfying shopping experience while recording sales and handling payments with a POS.

Ideal candidates have a Senior High School Diploma or an Associate Degree, up to 5 months of sales experience (fresh graduates welcome).

About the role

You will be responsible for promoting Filipino Heritage and identifying customer needs. You will ensure that customers leave the store satisfied and well informed of authentic quality Philippine handicrafts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Sell products and meet customer needs
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing and after-sales services
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adequate care during purchases
• Record sales and payments accurately using a POS machine
• Assist customers in locating products by going through inventory
• Call the head office to find items not available in store based on customer requestsSuggest new products to customers based on their selections
• Keep records of special orders
• Monitor merchandise and notify head office when items need restocking

About you

• Must be flexible and willing to be assigned in Robinson's Place Manila
• Must possess at least a Senior High School Diploma or Associate Degree in any field
