Job Summary: Star Eye Specs Corp is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at LS Pascual Shangri-La Branch!!! The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, well-groomed, and driven to meet sales targets while delivering excellent service to every customer.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every customer with a smile.
• Help them find the perfect eyewear.
• Handle cash, cards, and receipts.
• Maintain stock levels, perform inventory checks, and replenish supplies.
• Assist in visual merchandising, including product displays and promotions.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to answer customer questions.
• Generate sales and meet/exceed quotas.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.

Who You Are

• College or senior high graduate.
• Well-groomed and approachable.
• Good in English & Filipino.
• Math and computer-friendly.
• Friendly, proactive, and a team player.
• Previous sales/retail/cashiering experience preferred (eyewear/optical a plus).
• Legally eligible to work and in good health to perform job responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, extended hours, and shifting schedules.
• Willing to work on-site, commute, or travel as required.
• Willing to be relocated or assigned to other branches as needed.
• Willing to undergo training at other branches when required.
• No history of attendance or punctuality issues.
