• Explaining product features, benefits, specifications, and prices to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Recommending complementary products or higher-tier options that better suit customer needs
• Answering questions about store policies including returns, exchanges, and warranties
• Processing cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions accurately
• Managing customer returns and issuing store credit or refunds according to company policy
• Replenishing shelves, racks, and display stands from the stockroom as inventory sells down
• Maintaining clean, organized display counters, hanging clothes neatly, and ensuring price tags and promotional signs are accurate and visible
• Assisting with physical stock counts and reporting low-stock items
• Monitoring the shop floor to prevent shoplifting and reporting suspicious activity to management or security
