Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Baguio on-site is hiring for a full-time role with no experience required. A Bachelor’s degree is acceptable; strong English communication and attention to detail are valued.

You will assist customers with health and wellness products and help meet sales targets while upholding store standards. You will join a team offering company training, health and life insurance, a monthly product allowance, and a 30% tax shield.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries related to health and wellness products.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and promote overall health awareness.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and other sales initiatives.
• Process sales transactions accurately while following cashiering and POS procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge through training and continuous learning.
• Ensure proper stocking, merchandising, and monitoring of product expiration and inventory.
• Maintain store cleanliness, follow company standards, and support overall store operations as needed.
