Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking an on-site Sales Associate in Mandaluyong for a full-time role. Fresh graduates with science-related degrees are welcome; strong English communication is required.

The position involves assisting customers, recommending wellness products, achieving sales targets, and handling cashiering duties. Work location includes Megamall, Podium, and Shangri La Mall with day and shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree. Open to fresh graduates with or without experience. Science-related courses are an advantage
• Must have a good English communication skills
• Willing to work 6 days per week
• Detail-oriented, focused and highly organized
• Good in time management
• Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure
• Capable of handling changing requirements or demands

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries related to health and wellness products
• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and promote overall health awareness
• Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and other sales initiatives
• Process sales transactions accurately while following cashiering and POS procedures
• Maintain product knowledge through training and continuous learning
• Ensure proper stocking, merchandising, and monitoring of product expiration and inventory
• Maintain store cleanliness, follow company standards, and support overall store operations as needed
