Responsibilities

• Customer Service:

  • Provide product recommendations and detailed information to meet customer needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Promote special offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
  • Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximize revenue.
• Store Operations:
  • Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and products are arranged neatly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking items.
  • Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Work closely with team members to meet store goals.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve product knowledge.
