DRSmile Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Supervisor to lead our clinic’s sales and marketing efforts, drive patient acquisition, and grow revenue.

You will coach a team, develop campaigns, convert inquiries, monitor targets, and report performance. Dental/medical clinic background preferred; clinic experience is mandatory. Join DRSmile to help expand our growing dental clinic in Metro Manila.

We are seeking a motivated professional with proven experience in dental, medical, aesthetic, wellness, or other clinic-based environments who can lead our sales and marketing efforts, develop the team, and drive patient acquisition.
