Job summary

Manufacturing Construction Supplies is seeking a results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist on-site in Quezon City to lead multi-channel campaigns and market research.

You will create promotional content, coordinate events, manage relationships with clients and dealers, and drive lead generation, negotiations, and CRM data accuracy to hit KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales
• Full-time position on-site in Quezon City
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deploy online and offline marketing campaigns across social media, email, and print channels.
• Conduct ongoing market research on competitor products, customer needs, pricing models, and trends.
• Create and manage promotional materials such as brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website updates.
• Plan and organize company attendance at exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, and networking events.
• Monitor and ensure product presentation, online messaging, and in-store pricing align with guidelines.
• Identify new business opportunities, qualify inbound leads, and pitch solutions to clients.
• Present product specifications, answer inquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients and dealers to drive retention and upsells.
• Keep CRM up-to-date with prospect data, history, and pipelines.
• Consistently hit KPIs and sales quotas dictated by executive management.
