Job summary
Noventiq Philippines is seeking a Sales Excellence Analyst to manage the master dataset, build reports, and support management with insights for strategic decisions. You will analyze sales processes, forecasting, and KPIs, ensuring data quality and actionable intelligence for the Sales Department.

Qualifications
- Experience in Office 365 configuring (tenant, Exchange, Skype for Business Online).
- Experience as Sales Admin/Business Intelligence/Data Analyst.
- Knowledge and practical working experience in CRM system.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and BI tools (Power BI is an advantage).
- English fluency in speaking and writing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze periodical reports using Power BI; create clear stories for managers.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, quotas and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Excellence and peers across countries.
- Coordinate with Territory Sales Leader and Chief Accountant to improve forecast accuracy.
- Maintain data systems and fix data-related problems.
- Other business analysis and process improvement activities.
