Hapihomes Finiture Inc is seeking an experienced Sales Agent / Business Development Professional in the Philippines to secure new interior design projects within commercial and institutional sectors. The role requires a strong network and knowledge of the design and construction industry. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of sales experience and a Bachelor’s degree. This full-time position includes an attractive salary package with a competitive commission structure, weekly sports sessions, and team-building activities.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent / Business Development Professional to identify and secure new interior design projects, primarily within the commercial and institutional sectors. The ideal candidate has an established network, understands the design and construction industry, and knows how to convert leads into signed contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and institutional sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, corporate clients, property managers, and decision makers
• Present our interior design and furniture solutions to potential clients
• Coordinate with the internal design team for proposals and presentations
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing
• Maintain the showroom to attract new clients

Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales or business development experience in interior design, construction, fit‑out, furniture supply, or related industries
• Existing network of decision makers such as corporate clients, developers, property managers, architects, and project managers
• Strong understanding of the commercial project lifecycle, including bidding, procurement, contract negotiation, and project turnover

Nice to Have

• Experience handling projects with contract values of at least P 1 million and above
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills
• Highly self‑motivated with the ability to generate leads independently
• Background in architecture, interior design, real estate, or construction
• Experience handling large‑scale office or retail projects
• Strong network and know-how to close commercial design projects
