Indie Campers is seeking a results-driven Booking and Roadtrip Sales Agent to join our Manila team. You will engage with prospective and existing customers who showed interest in booking a campervan or adding extras, while reconnecting past customers for new adventures.

A passion for travel and sales will help you thrive in a dynamic, remote-capable environment. You will perform virtual consultations, upsell insurance and add-ons, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to maximize conversions

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and online tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead follow-up with customers who didn’t complete bookings.
• Upsell and cross-sell extras to existing bookings.
• Reach out to past customers for new trips and offers.
• Conduct virtual consultations to tailor options.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure alignment.
