Most sales jobs ask you to cold call strangers all day for a small base and a commission you never see. This isn't one of them.

We help Australian households compare and switch their energy, broadband and private health insurance. Every customer you speak to has already asked for help. You won't do any cold calling. You talk to people who want to hear from you, and you get paid well every time you close.

What you'll earn

• PHP 40,000 a month base salary
• Commission paid on every validated sale, with bigger payouts on your strongest days
• No cap on commission. Your best month is up to you
• Commission paid on the next payroll date, so you don't wait months for it
• Up to PHP 120,000 a month for agents who hit their numbers consistently

How you'll work

• Monday to Friday only. Weekends off
• Australian day shift. No graveyard shift
• Office-based in Ortigas

• A paid first month of training and nesting before you're measured on sales
• A ramp-up: 50% of target in month 2, 75% in month 3, and full target from month 4
• Daily coaching from your Team Leader, plus dedicated Sales Coaches
