Role Description

The Sales Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Central Luzon, Philippines. The Sales Agent will welcome customers, present jewelry collections, explain product features and materials, and guide clients in selecting pieces that match their preferences and special occasions. Daily tasks include handling in-store inquiries, providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records of orders and payments. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, assisting in basic inventory checks, and supporting in-store promotional activities. The Sales Agent will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets while representing Lily & Co PH’s values of empowerment, heritage, and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to engage customers, explain product details clearly, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to provide a welcoming in-store experience, address concerns, and build lasting client relationships.
• Proven Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and closing transactions in a retail or related environment.
• Background or familiarity with Insurance or other consultative selling fields is an advantage, demonstrating comfort with needs-based discussions.
• Experience in Training or willingness to learn and participate in product and sales training to stay updated on collections and brand standards.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail in handling jewelry, payments, and customer information.
• Ability to work on-site in Central Luzon, Philippines, including weekends or holidays as needed for retail operations.
• Previous experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail is a plus, but motivated candidates with strong people skills are encouraged to apply.
