Job summary

LUCCE CORPORATION in Makati seeks a confident Client Advisor to greet guests, guide jewelry selections, and deliver outstanding service in our showroom.

You will engage clients across physical and digital platforms, share knowledge of LUCCE designs, and close sales while maintaining showroom standards and inventory. This role requires English and Filipino communication, a positive attitude, and onsite presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in client-facing roles in retail or hospitality.
• Fast learner with confident presentation and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino.
• Willing to work onsite 5x a week in the showroom.

Responsibilities

• Engage and assist clients across physical and digital platforms.
• Share expert knowledge of LUCCE pieces including stones, metals, designs and symbolisms.
• Close sales and exceed targets through meaningful recommendations.
• Learn LUCCE jewelry pieces with accuracy and be knowledgeable of fine jewelry terms.
• Process transactions accurately (POS, cash, credit).
• Maintain showroom presentation and daily inventory.
• Build enduring client relationships with excellent after-sales service.
