Job summary

SGS is seeking a capable coordinator to manage remote client engagement for PCA/PVoC services and ensure documentation completeness for CoC issuance in Manila. The role acts as a central liaison among clients, on-site sales affiliates, inspection teams, and laboratories.

You will drive timely CoC/NCR issuance through thorough document reviews, action follow-ups, and system controls, while maintaining traceability in eTrade and coordinating with TCT for technical reviews and approvals.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in international trade, certification, or import/export operations.
• Proven experience in customer care / client attention.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage generic/shared email accounts for client communications.
• Receive and manage client inquiries, SR applications, and documentation.
• Provide clients with product requirements, instructions, and applicable documentation (IAF, datasheets).
• Verify completeness and accuracy of documents prior to endorsement to TCT Manila.
• Coordinate with TCT for technical review, corrective actions, and CoC decision.
• Communicate required corrective actions and additional documentation to clients.
• Perform follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of pending cases and blocking actions.
• Coordinate inspection scheduling with Remote Inspection and client where applicable.
• Perform quality control checks on inspection and testing documentation.
• Conduct SGS laboratory sourcing and validate laboratory qualifications (ISO 17025 scope, capability, accreditation).
• Provide laboratories with required testing parameters and documentation.
• Review test reports, inspection reports, and supporting documentation prior to CoC issuance.
• Prepare and issue Draft CoC / NCR and manage client feedback where applicable.
• Ensure timely issuance of final CoC / NCR following approvals.
• Maintain accurate records in SGS systems (eTrade) and ensure traceability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (TCT, inspection teams, laboratories, onsite affiliates).
• Monitor turnaround times and ensure compliance with service level targets.
• Support resolution of discrepancies, including engagement with Liaison Offices where required.
• Ensure adherence to programme requirements, country instructions, and SGS procedures.
