Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college or with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a night shift (Philippine Standard Time).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and employee tickets via queue system.
• Schedule FedEx pickups and assist with auto-pickup requests.
• Email Account Update/Change forms to gather data and follow up with customers.
• Provide email correspondence on office matters under guidance from Customer Service Manager.
• Generate quotes and sales documents, including price schedules.
• Perform price and trend analysis in Excel under direction from Sales Director.
• Observe confidentiality and handle data per privacy guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
