Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Department in activities such as accreditation, assessment, bidding, billing, etc.
Receive and process purchase orders.
Issue sales invoices.
Verify orders including customer information and payment details.
Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Compile monthly sales reports.
Expedite orders through internal liaison.
Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Support the sales department with other administrative tasks as requested.
Other sales admin-related tasks as assigned.
