The Sales Admin Coordinator performs specific functions and assists in various phases of the department’s sales operations. The position is primarily responsible for supporting and monitoring sales activities and performance within the assigned region, ensuring that year-end financial goals and documentary requirements are met.
Support sales personnel by monitoring membership, loan output, and expenses of assigned branches, satellite offices, and account representatives.
In the absence of team members, perform sales activities—from lead generation to closing deals on loans, memberships, and deposits.
Maintain pertinent data, statistics, and other sales-related information.
Coordinate and work with support teams in regional offices and the Head Office to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with PSSLAI’s vision and values.
Maintain solid knowledge of PSSLAI’s products and services.
Supply relevant information to the Sales Management Head to enable effective sales strategies for specific areas of activity.
Upload information gathered to the SMD database.
Regularly send text blasts to members as needed or as directed.
Monitor daily itinerary compliance of account representatives.
Monitor attendance of sales personnel in the regions.
Check and facilitate liquidation and expense reports of satellite offices and account representatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, or any related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data entry, reporting, and tracking.
Basic knowledge of sales processes, administrative functions, and customer service principles.
Experience using CRM, ERP, or database management systems is an advantage
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with different teams and build positive working relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
