Job summary

Aims Agri Ventures Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant to support sales reporting, quotations and related records. A relevant degree in Agriculture, Marketing or Business is required, along with at least 1 year of experience in sales or office administration.

Travel across Region 5 will be necessary. The ideal candidate offers strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills, and a driver's license is an advantage.

• At least 1 year of work experience in sales or office administration.
• Familiarity with agricultural machineries is an advantage.
• Able to prepare sales reports, quotations and related records.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Driver's license and ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle is an advantage.
• Willing to travel in various areas of Region 5.
