Telesys in Manila is hiring a Call Center Agent for a Sales Account, onsite in Malate. You will handle customer interactions, promote products, and assist customers in completing purchases in a fast-paced BPO environment.

This full-time role offers a shifting schedule, weekends and holidays, plus paid training and development. Competitive earnings include incentives and commissions, with salary up to ₱27,000 per month.

Competenze

• At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience.
• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila with shifting schedules.
• Good communication and persuasive sales mindset.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.

Mansioni

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
• Promote and sell products or services based on customer needs.
• Assist customers in placing orders, subscriptions, or upgrades.
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Document all customer interactions in the system.
