ICM Trading Corporation seeks a results-driven Sales/Account Manager to expand CALABARZON market share and manage key retail accounts. You will plan territory growth, onboard new stores, and deliver compelling product presentations to drive category performance.

The role requires 2–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG or related industries, with strong relationship-building and independent work capability. Travel within CALABARZON is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven field sales experience.
• Experience in FMCG/pharma/pet industry is an asset.
• Ability to open new accounts, negotiate, close deals and grow the territory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, independent work style.

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for the CALABARZON region.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new retail accounts to expand our market reach and achieve area saturation.
• Conduct regular sales calls and product presentations to existing and potential clients.
• Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and stock levels on shelves to prevent out-of-stock situations.

2. Account Management & Relationship Building:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with buyers and store managers.
• Understand each client's unique business needs and provide tailored solutions to help them grow their pet category sales.
• Address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
• Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, monitoring competitor activity, pricing, and promotional strategies within the region.
• Gather and report on market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to the sales manager.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve our market position and product offerings.

4. Merchandising & Brand Advocacy:

• Ensure all merchandising guidelines are followed in-store, including proper shelf placement, pricing, and the use of promotional materials.
• Conduct product knowledge training sessions for store staff to empower them to effectively sell our products.
• Passionately represent our brand and embody our love for pets in all interactions.

5. Administration:

• Manage sales administration using CRM software, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales pipeline.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports, itineraries, and expense reports.
• Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), pharmaceutical, or pet industry.
• Experience in CALABARZON is asignificant advantage.
• Sales Skills:Demonstrated ability to open new accounts, negotiate effectively, close deals, and grow business within an existing territory.
• Relationship Builder:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Self-Motivated:A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for results. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Organizational Skills:Excellent time management and planning skills to efficiently cover a large geographic territory.
• Tech Savvy:Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Passion:A genuine love for animals and an interest in the pet care industry is highly desirable.
