Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a customer service representative to deliver exceptional support in English and Spanish. You will resolve inquiries, document interactions, and strive to meet SLA targets in a fast-paced environment.

Experience handling bilingual inquiries and guiding customers through products while recording interactions in the CRM is expected. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
