Job summary

You will collaborate with security stakeholders to assess risks, manage access reviews, and ensure compliant identity management while delivering high-impact technical decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SailPoint experience in enterprise settings.

As a SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager, you'll lead identity governance projects, mentor team members, and help organizations secure access to critical systems while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

As a SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager, you will:

• Design, implement, and enhance SailPoint-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and support team members while driving technical excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and security teams to deliver identity security initiatives.
• Drive team performance and contribute to key project and technical decisions.
• Implement and optimize identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, and role management processes.
• Assess identity-related risks and recommend security improvements.
• Support the resolution of identity and access-related security incidents.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and operating procedures.
• Promote identity security best practices through training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Experience

• Strong understanding of:
