Job summary

Accenture in Manila is seeking a SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager to design and lead identity governance solutions, mentor teams, and collaborate with security architects to secure access to critical systems.

You will drive identity lifecycle management, risk assessments, and governance processes while sharing knowledge and promoting best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on SailPoint experience.
• Expertise with IIQ and/or ISC, IGA, IAM.
• Experience with access certification, provisioning, and role management.
• Ability to lead and mentor security professionals.
• Experience implementing enterprise access control and identity management solutions.

What You’ll Do

As a SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager, you will:

• Design, implement, and enhance SailPoint-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions
• Lead and mentor team members while providing technical guidance and support
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and security teams to deliver identity security initiatives
• Drive team performance and contribute to key project and technical decisions
• Implement and optimize access control, identity lifecycle management, and governance processes
• Assess identity-related risks and recommend security improvements
• Monitor and support the resolution of security and access-related incidents
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and operating procedures
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and promote identity security best practices across teams

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint
• Strong experience with:
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
  • Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Access certification, provisioning, and role management

Technical Skills

• Experience implementing enterprise access control and identity management solutions
• Strong understanding of identity governance, compliance, and security best practices
• Knowledge of security frameworks, controls, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with risk assessment and risk management methodologies
• Familiarity with security incident response processes
• Ability to analyze complex security requirements and recommend practical solutions
