Job summary

Smartsourcing is seeking a Sage X3 Analyst-Developer to own and optimize our live Sage X3 instance across multiple sites. You will implement, configure, and support inventory and finance processes, maintain data integrity, and coordinate with external consultants.

This role requires strong communication to non-technical Finance teams and adherence to change control. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of hands-on Sage X3 experience, exposure to Finance and Inventory modules, and experience with

Qualifications

• 4-5 years hands-on Sage X3 experience in live environment (functional+technical).
• Experience with Sage X3 Finance and Inventory/Distribution.
• End-to-end Sage X3 module rollout experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deliver Sage X3 Inventory Module across sites and warehouses.
• Support Finance processes: invoicing, GL, AP, month-end, reporting.
• Provide system admin: access, roles, security, patches, and testing.
• Develop interfaces between Sage X3 and host files, banking, 3PL, BI tools.
• Create documentation, training, and knowledge management.
