Job summary

Del Playa Group seeks a Senior Sage Intacct Solutions Architect to design, implement, configure and support Sage Intacct ERP solutions for a diverse client portfolio. You will lead end-to-end projects, map business requirements to technical configurations, and collaborate with US operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Sage Intacct experience, strong ERP implementation knowledge, and proficiency with APIs and data migration.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct implementation and configuration experience.
Experience leading multiple ERP implementation projects.
Familiarity with REST APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party software integrations.
Ability to align with U.S. business hours (PST).
Strong project management and client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Sage Intacct implementation projects from discovery through post-go-live support.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Sage Intacct configurations.
Configure company structure, dimensions, modules, workflows, approvals, user roles, permissions, and system settings.
Design and implement dashboards, financial reports, custom reports, and operational KPIs.
Support data migration activities, including data mapping, imports, validation, and reconciliation.
Coordinate and troubleshoot integrations between Sage Intacct and third-party applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
Conduct solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
Deliver administrator and end-user training sessions while developing implementation documentation and user guides.
