Job summary

Industri-X in the Philippines is urgently seeking a skilled Safety Officer to join our team. You will oversee industrial safety programs and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, SO3 or DENR PCO credentials preferred, and 3+ years in industrial settings. Candidate should be able to start immediately and reside in or near Bataan; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• SO3 certification and DENR PCO eligibility are highly preferred.
• Experience in safety management within industrial/fabrication environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs and SOPs.
• Identify hazards and conduct incident investigations.
• Support ISO compliance efforts and safety documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Technology, or related field.

• Certified Safety Officer 3 (SO3) with BOSH and COSH certificates.

• Pollution Control Officer (PCO) – accredited or eligible under DENR environmental regulations.

• At least 3 years of experience in industrial, fabrication, maintenance, or workshop environments.

• Experience in ISO compliance and implementation is an advantage.

• Experience in preparing SOPs, policies, procedures, and safety documents.

• Knowledge of safety systems, hazard identification, and incident investigation.

• Can start immediately.

• Preferably residing in Bataan.
