Job summary

MEGA PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a full-time Safety Officer for on-site geotechnical, slope protection and drilling projects in the Philippines. You will implement safety policies, conduct inspections and audits, investigate accidents, and deliver safety training to workers.

The ideal candidate has substantial Health & Safety expertise, DOLE certification, and strong communication skills to advance an OSH program across site teams. Construction or mining experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety and Occupational Health expertise.
• Experience in accident investigations.
• Security and Safety Training skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in DOLE, COSH DOLE-accredited Training Organization and its equivalent is required
• Strong communication skills to effectively implement an OSH program.
• Knowledgeable with compliances with DOLE requirement.
• Experience in construction, drilling and mining is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as safety management, occupational health and safety, or engineering is a plus

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer across various geotechnical investigation, slope protection and core drilling projects in the Philippines.
