Job summary

SLF Management Resources, Inc. is seeking a Safety Officer for a Solar Project on-site in the Philippines for a 6-month duration.

The role focuses on implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and promoting compliance with health and safety standards to support daily site operations. The Safety Officer will lead safety trainings, perform hazard assessments, coordinate with subcontractors, and assist in emergency drills while ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• COSH certification is a plus.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Experience in construction projects is an advantage.
• Experience in high-rise building projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of occupational safety standards and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and risk assessment skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• On-site work in field-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on site

• Investigate incidents and prepare reports with recommendations
• Conduct safety trainings, toolbox meetings, and orientations

• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and management on safety matters
• Assist in emergency preparedness and drills implementation
• Support EHS Manager in overall safety program execution

Job Description
