Responsabilidades

• Implement and monitor OSH programs, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE/BWC, OSH, Fire Code, and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain safety records, metrics, KPIs, reports, and required documentation.
• Conduct safety training, orientations, and awareness programs.
• Serve as Secretary to the Health and Safety Committee.
• Identify hazards and recommend practical corrective and preventive measures.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments on occupational health and safety initiatives.
• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and process compliance checks.
• Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
