Qualifications

• Experience in safety management and incident investigations
• Knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the safety team's daily operations and field performance
• Conduct scheduled and surprise safety inspections and audits across sites
• Serve as primary escalation point for safety matters and investigations
• Ensure accuracy of safety records, incident reports, and compliance documents
• Maintain up-to-date safety training and compliance programs
• Organize safety training and periodic safety briefings for hazard mitigation
• Review and optimize safety processes and implement corrective actions
• Prepare safety metrics and risk evaluations for senior management
