Job Description
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety plans to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Maintain up-to-date safety regulations and industry standards to promote continuous improvement in safety practices.
- Conduct safety training sessions for laborers, staff, and subcontracting management personnel.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive safety regulations to ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety.
- Participate in the inspection of on-site mechanical equipment, electrical systems, safety protection installations, and firefighting facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Identify and correct on-site safety hazards, oversee the rectification process, and review outcomes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Conduct daily safety inspections, implement the production safety inspection plan, and address unsafe operations and violations of safety protocols.
- Establish and maintain safety management data files.
- Provide expert guidance on all matters related to safety and occupational health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of related work experience.
- Background in safety management of road and bridge construction is an advantage.
- Familiar with laws and regulations related to safety and occupational health.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.
