Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular site inspections, walkthroughs, and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce safety programs, policies, and procedures (e.g., in excavation, demolition, PPE use).
• Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential hazards, taking corrective actions to minimize risks.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents or near-misses, determine causes, and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Training and Meetings: Conduct safety trainings, orientation for new employees, and regular toolbox meetings.
• Documentation: Prepare required DOLE and safety reports (e.g., WAIR, Monthly Safety reports).

Job Qualifications:

• Required Training: Mandatory 40-hour Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) certification.
• Experience: 1-3 years relevant experience, particularly in construction or site management.
• Skills: Strong communication (written and oral), knowledge of MS Office for reporting, and leadership skills.
