Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking an organized HSE/SHE professional to develop and implement occupational health and safety programs across our operations in the Philippines. You will conduct safety inspections, perform hazard identification and risk assessments, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions to maintain a safe workplace.

Qualifications

Graduate of engineering and have working knowledge of HSE/SHE practices.
3–5 years of health, safety, and environmental experience preferred.
Digital literacy with common productivity tools and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Support development and implementation of occupational health and safety programs.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, hazard identifications, and risk assessments.
Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Develop safety training, orientations, and awareness programs.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies on safety permits and compliance.
Monitor compliance with safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
