Job summary

Unilever General Trias is seeking a Sachet Filling Operator to run the sachet filling line, maintain output, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will troubleshoot, perform changeovers, and support maintenance activities to keep lines running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have technical manufacturing background and be willing to learn UMS methods.
• Ability to identify safety issues and follow PPE and LOTO procedures.
• Able to communicate safety and quality observations to operators and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate sachet filling line to meet production plan.
• Conduct troubleshooting of the line and perform line clearance and change-overs.
• Record production checks and monitor quality during production.
• Support maintenance and engineering during breakdowns and equipment improvements.
• Perform autonomous maintenance and participate in safety and compliance audits.
