Job summary

The AM3 Global Singapore/USA is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the platform administrator for its SaaS Operations portfolio. Responsibilities include managing platforms like Datadog and Azure DevOps, leading the Datadog Community of Practice, and ensuring compliance with access governance standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in observability platforms, strong coding abilities in Python and PowerShell, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Metro Manila, requiring onsite presence three times a week.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying and administering enterprise observability platforms.
• Experience administering Agile/DevOps platforms with Azure DevOps.
• Ability to provide third-level technical support aligned with ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the platform administrator for the Bank’s SaaS Operations portfolio.
• Lead the monthly Datadog Community of Practice.
• Define and implement access models; establish training prerequisites.
