Job summary

Avia Solutions Group (ASG) Global Services Philippines is seeking a DevOps Engineer to strengthen observability, monitoring, and infrastructure across cloud and on‑premise environments for Sensus Aero.

Based in the ASG Global Services Philippines office in BGC, Taguig, this hybrid role collaborates with developers and IT teams to deliver reliable, scalable platforms that support aviation MRO workflows.

Qualifications

Strong DevOps/SRE experience in hybrid or cloud environments.
Hands-on with Grafana/Prometheus for dashboards and alerts.
Experience with log aggregation and analysis tools such as Loki, ELK, or similar.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Go, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and metrics pipelines using Grafana, Prometheus, and related observability tools.
Manage and continuously improve log collection, aggregation, monitoring, and analysis processes using Loki or similar platforms.
Collect, standardize, and analyze metrics across cloud and on-premise environments to improve system visibility and performance.
Enhance and standardize monitoring, alerting, and observability practices across the technology landscape.
Partner with development teams to ensure applications and services are observable by design.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues through effective monitoring, logging, and performance analysis.
Contribute to infrastructure automation, deployment processes, and platform engineering initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of systems and services.
