Zusammenfassung

TE Connectivity is seeking a Senior Supply Planning Lead in the Philippines to manage end-to-end supply planning for assigned product portfolio. You will align demand, supply capability, and inventory strategy while driving capacity planning, demand-to-supply translation, and supply execution.

You will lead a team, partner with Sales, PM, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance, and drive improvements in delivery performance and working capital.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8–10 years’ experience in supply planning/SCM with team management.
• Hands-on SIOP, capacity planning, and inventory management.

Aufgaben

• Understand customer demand, product lifecycle, and key requirements.
• Translate demand into a supply plan considering inventory, lead time and capacity.
• Lead demand-supply balancing and identify gaps, risks, and mitigations.
